1. Scope and Service Provider
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the purchase of digital content (individual courses, bundles, and subscriptions) on this website. The learning management system is provided by KNE Sustainability Institute gGmbH, Meinekestr. 26, 10719 Berlin, Germany.
2. Contractual Partners and Payment Processing (Merchant of Record)
We offer different categories of digital products, which are processed by different contractual partners:

Individual Courses and Bundles: For these products, we use Paddle as our Merchant of Record. The contractual partner of the customer and the legal seller is Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom. By purchasing these items, you agree to Paddle’s Terms of Use in addition to these T&Cs.

Subscriptions: All subscription-based services are processed directly via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. For these transactions, the contract is concluded directly between the customer and KNE Sustainability Institute gGmbH.
3. Conclusion of Contract and Delivery
- One-time Purchases & Bundles: The contract is concluded when Paddle accepts your payment and triggers the activation of the course content in your Tutor LMS account.
- Subscriptions: By purchasing a subscription, you gain access to the defined content for the duration of the billing period. The contract remains in effect until cancelled.
- Delivery: Access to digital content is provided immediately after payment confirmation via the user account on this website.
4. Subscription Terms and Cancellation

Payment Provider: Subscriptions are managed and billed exclusively via PayPal.

Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed in advance (e.g., monthly or annually) as specified during the checkout process on our website.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your personal PayPal account settings or by contacting our support at info@regen4futures.org. Access to the content remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Refunds)
- Since we provide digital content that is accessible immediately:
- You expressly agree that the performance of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period.
- You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the digital content is accessed (e.g., by logging into the course or starting a lesson).
- Refund requests are handled according to Paddle’s refund policy.

6. Usage Rights (License)
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course material for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing account credentials or redistributing course content is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination without a refund.
