1. General Policy
ReGen.center (provided by KNE Sustainability Institute gGmbH) offers digital content and subscriptions. We use different payment providers: One-time purchases and bundles are handled by our partner Paddle.com Market Ltd (Merchant of Record). Subscriptions are processed directly via PayPal. Refund transactions are handled by the respective payment provider used at checkout.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
In accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content expires as soon as the performance has begun (e.g., when the user logs in, streams a video, or downloads materials). By purchasing our content, you expressly consent to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund once the content is accessed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Despite the legal restrictions, we aim for customer satisfaction. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

The digital content has not been accessed yet (no login/streaming occurred).

There are significant technical issues that prevent you from using the service, which we are unable to resolve.

4. Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions are processed via PayPal. These can be managed and cancelled directly through your PayPal account settings or by contacting us at info@regen4futures.org. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
